2008 Ring of Fire Red
Our tribute to the Man in Black, this proprietary blend of Bordeaux varietals, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, features flavors of dense black cherry, chocolate and toffee. Barrel aging in French oak and firmly structured tannins result in an elegant wine that is emininently drinkable young but will age beautifully. Excellent with red meats, wood-fired pizza, and grilled vegetables.

2007 Merlot
This rich ruby-purple wine features enticing aromas of black cherry, cocoa, jammy fruit and exotic spice. Nearly 14 months in French oak and some time in the bottle have resulted in refined tannins and a luxurious velvety finish. This is a wine to be savored now or hold on to it because it will age gracefully.

2008 Sparkling Niagara
A native white grape with an intense floral, grapey aroma. Fermentation stopped with some residual sugar remaining to balance the aroma then gently carbonated using the traditional Charmat method for a refreshingly whimsical sparkling wine. Lovely with fresh fruit, lightly herbed chevre, and eggs benedict.
